This July, I’m learning to slow down and breathe —
to find joy in warm sunlight stretching across the living room floor,
the gentle purring of Kiwi, and Leo’s curious gaze
as he watches the world from our window.

Life doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful.
Sometimes, the quietest moments speak the loudest.
